We’re seeking a skilled brand manager to help elevate our brand and clients brand. As the brand manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic plans that align with our company’s goals, as well as ensuring that all branding and messaging is consistent across all channels. You will work closely with our marketing, creative, and product teams to develop and implement campaigns that drive engagement, increase brand awareness, and ultimately grow our customer base. Strong brand strategy knowledge and cross-functional leadership skills are ideal. Responsibilities:
- Initiate, execute and analyze monthly and quarterly marketing plans to drive sales.
- Develop Mid and Long term plans and keep updated an account plan to the company standard for all accounts.
- Demonstrate ability to coordinate with creative/production team and conduct self-research, in order to create top-notch proposals, presentations, and pitches.
- Initiate and execute social media plan and create content accordingly.
- Initiate and execute IG/FB/Tiktok advertisement plan, and optimize the performance.
- Collaborate with the Creative team to generate social media content, including shooting photos and videos.
- Consulting with clients on business issues and research design.
- Developing innovative proposals and delivering strategic sales presentations
Qualifications:
- Have a good network of clients and partners
- Sales-driven, problem-solving, positive-thinking.
- Experienced in social media management.
- Experienced in optimizing IG,FB, and Tiktok ads performance.
- Good at numbers.
- Good excel analytical skills, including but not limited to pivot table and v-lookup.
- Excellent communication, lobbying, sales, and negotiation skill.
