As a Key Opinion Leader Specialist, you’ll play a critical role in developing and executing strategies to engage with and leverage the influence of key thought leaders in your industry. You’ll craft compelling messages that resonate with KOLs and their audiences, managing campaigns to drive engagement and advocacy. You’ll be responsible for creating and managing content and campaigns that drive engagement and advocacy among these influential individuals, ultimately helping to shape the conversation and drive meaningful impact in your industry.

Responsibilites:
- Manage communications and build relationships with media, KOL, and third party agencies for joint collaboration of various campaigns/promotions.
- Research and identify KOL across multiple digital platforms to build powerful brand experiences.
- Reaching and building a KOL network for different categories on social media.
- Implement KOL engagement campaigns by liaising and coordinating with KOL in their requirements, timeline, and deliverables.
- Collaborate with team members to initiate and execute different promotional campaigns.
- Negotiate costs appropriately to ensure a mutually beneficial agreement.
- Provide accurate timing estimates on work.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor Degree from any major (Preferable from Public Relation, Marketing or Communication)
- Passionate of working in creative agency industry & having a good attitude
- Strong communication, negotiation and administration skills
- Great interpersonal skills, time management and attention to details
- Have at least 1-2 year of relevant work experience managing KOL/influencers/buzzer/communities/Talent Management
- Able to operate Canva, Ms. Office
- Ready to work with WFO System
